The Free service

The Free plan provides manual, read-only audits of up to 50 products per snapshot, configurable thresholds, scores and recommendations. The app does not automatically edit products. Scores are heuristics based on available Shopify data and your settings. They are not guarantees of factual accuracy, legal compliance, sales, conversion or search rankings. You review recommendations and make your own changes in Shopify.

Fees and cancellation

This Free release has no app subscription or usage charge. Installing it does not start a trial that converts automatically to a paid plan. Your normal Shopify platform and other service costs are separate. Basic, Pro, scheduled monitoring, email reports, paid reporting and AI recommendations are not available benefits of this release. Any future paid app plan must be disclosed and approved by you through Shopify’s supported billing system before a charge begins. You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling it in Shopify Admin.

Authorized use and data

Use the app only for stores and content you are authorized to manage. Keep your Shopify access secure. Do not attempt to bypass access or plan limits, access another store’s data, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully. You retain rights to your content and authorize us to process the data needed to provide the requested audits. Our privacy policy describes this processing, retention, hosting and deletion. We do not require a separate app password or take ownership of your product content.

Availability, support and suspension

The service depends on Shopify and hosting providers and is supplied on an available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a fixed response time. Network failures, API limits and catalog changes can interrupt an audit; use the available retry or resume controls and contact support if problems persist. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use or pause the service for maintenance and security. Uninstalling triggers removal of app-held shop records when Shopify delivers the verified notification, subject to the backup and legal retention described in the privacy policy.

Merchant control and applicable rights

You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before changing your catalog. The app does not replace professional legal, factual or search optimization advice. Nothing in these terms removes rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Contact us first about service questions or complaints.

Changes to the service or terms

We will publish changes with an updated effective date. Material feature, pricing or processing changes will be disclosed before activation; paid features require the separate approval described above. Shopify’s own terms continue to govern your Shopify account and platform use.
